Platform beam main reinforcement reinforcing construction method
The invention provides a platform beam main reinforcement reinforcing construction method. The method comprises the following steps that (1) a formwork at the end part of one end of a beam is locallydisassembled or a hole is punched on the formwork at the end head of the beam, and then, the corresponding number of reinforcing ribs is machined in advance according to the number of main reinforcements needing to be reinforced; (2) the reinforcing ribs sequentially penetrate through the end head of the beam, an opposite pulling screw arranged in the beam and used for reinforcing and locking a side formwork is used as a supporting base, a PVC pipe on the screw is used as a sliding rolling wheel, a hook is used for stretching into gaps between the beam main reinforcements to hook the end headsof the reinforcing ribs, the reinforcing ribs are lifted and dragged forwards to be guided, and through front and back simultaneous operation, force is exerted to push the reinforcing ribs to penetrate to the corresponding parts in the beam; (3) all the reinforcing ribs needing to be used for reinforcement completely penetrate one by one, the hook is used for lifting and adjusting the reinforcingribs to the corresponding height positions, and iron wires are used for binding and fixing the reinforcing ribs; and (4) the reinforcement of the reinforcing ribs is completed, the formwork at the end part of the beam or the hole is closed, and a next procedure is carried out after the inspection submission and the acceptance are passed. Through the platform beam main reinforcement reinforcing construction method, the labor intensity of workers is relieved, and the amount of the labor used is small.
本发明提供一种平台梁主筋补强施工方法:1)将梁一端端部模板局部拆除或者在梁端头模板上开孔;第二步:根据需要补强的主筋数量提前将加工相应数量的补强筋;2)依次将补强筋从梁端头穿入,利用设置在梁内用来加固锁紧侧模板的对拉丝杆作为托底,丝杆上PVC管作为滑动滚轮,用挂钩从梁主筋之间缝隙探入勾住补强筋端头,提升并向前牵引导向补强筋,前后同时配合用力将补强筋推送穿至梁内相应部位;3)将需要补强的所有钢筋逐根全部穿入,用挂钩将补强筋提升调整到相应高度位置,并用铁丝进行绑扎固定;4)补强筋加固完成,封闭梁端部模板或者孔洞,报检验收合格后进行下道工序,此方法施减轻工人劳动强度,而且用工量少。
