The invention relates to a construction process for connecting and fixing a water supply and drainage pipe in building construction. The construction process is completed by being mainly matched witha water supply and drainage pipe connecting and fixing bracket in building construction installation engineering. The construction process for connecting and fixing the water supply and drainage pipein building construction comprises the following steps of S1, installation position construction: excavating a construction space required by required pipelines through an existing excavator and labormatching mode; S2, pipeline placing: transversely and uniformly arranging and placing the prepared pipelines in parallel in the construction space; and S3, pipeline installation: fixing and connecting every two adjacent pipelines through the water supply and drainage pipe connecting and fixing bracket in building construction installation engineering. The construction process can adapt to pipeline installation at different intervals through a rotary tightening device or an auxiliary clamping device, and the measuring range of the auxiliary clamping device can be changed by adjusting the position of a moving plate on the auxiliary clamping device.
