The invention discloses a repair device of an aluminum component of pseudo-classic architecture. The repair device comprises a workbench. Two linear electric cylinders distributed in parallel are arranged at the upper end of the workbench. An adjusting component is arranged at the bottom end of a repair barrel. In the use process, thread feed is achieved between a screw and a threaded hole by rotating a handle, then a limiting rod is driven to move downwards, bearing plates can be pulled, then the radian of the repair barrel is adjusted, so that the radian of the repair barrel is matched withthe radian of tiling, the repair device is suitable for repair of tiling of different radians, and repair is convenient. Meanwhile, the linear electric cylinders, a dual-axis air cylinder and an air cylinder are designed, in the repair process, the linear electric cylinders and the air cylinder are driven so that the transverse positions of the tiling can be adjusted, the dual-axis air cylinder isdriven so that the longitudinal position of a repair block can be adjusted, second air pressure rods drive the repair block to move, the deforming tiling is extruded, and the repair block moves up and down repeatedly till tiling deformation is repaired; and motion in the whole process is stable, manual operation is not needed, and work efficiency is improved.
本发明公开一种仿古建筑铝构件的修复装置,包括工作台,工作台上端设置有两个平行分布的直线电缸。本发明修复筒体的底端设置有调节部件,在使用过程中,通过转动把手使得螺杆和螺纹孔之间螺纹进给,进而带动限位杆向下移动,可以拉动承接板进而调节修复筒体的弧度,使得修复筒体和盖瓦的弧度相匹配,适用于不同弧度的盖瓦的修复,修复方便;同时,本发明设计有直线电缸、双轴气缸和气缸,在修复过程中,驱动直线电缸和气缸可以调节盖瓦的横向位置,驱动双轴气缸可以调节修复块的纵向位置,第二气压杆带动修复块向下移动,对变形的盖瓦进行挤压,修复块上下往复多次,直至盖瓦的变形实现修复,整个过程运动平稳,无需人工操作,提高了工作效率。
