The method for manufacturing the pier stud precast piece comprises the following steps that a reinforcement cage is bound; a positioning formwork is obtained; a bottom formwork is installed; the reinforcement cage is placed in the bottom formwork to complete the closure of a side formwork and an internalformwork; concrete is poured into a formwork cavity and solidified to form a concrete column; and the side formwork is electrically controlled to be moved horizontally to an open state in a reciprocating mode, the internal formwork and the bottom formwork are removed, and the pier stud precast piece is obtained. According to the method for manufacturing the pier stud precast piece of the embodiment of the invention, the construction is convenient, the efficiency is high, the cost is reduced, and the method is economic and environment friendly.
