Tailing filling slurry, additive thereof and method for improving filling compactness of metal mine goaf
The invention discloses tailing filling slurry, an additive of the tailing filling slurry and a method for improving the filling compactness of a metal mine goaf. The additive is formed by mixing aluminum powder and lime according to the mass ratio of 1: (60-120), so that tailings have self-expansibility. The tailing slurry comprises tailing slurry and the additive, the addition amount of the additive is 0.5%-2% of the mass of the tailing slurry, and the mass concentration of the tailing slurry is 60%-82%, so that the tailing filling body has the expansion rate of 5%-35%. The tailing slurry isfilled into an underground goaf, and finally a tailing filling body with the expansion rate of 5%-35% is formed. Under the condition that the inherent attribute of tailing filling slurry is not affected, the additive is added in the stirring process of the filling slurry, and the filling compactness of a goaf can be improved.
本发明公开了一种尾砂充填料浆及其添加剂和提高金属矿山采空区充填密实率方法,添加剂由铝粉与石灰按照质量比1∶(60‑120)的比例混合而成,使尾砂具有自膨胀性。尾砂料浆包含尾砂浆体和上述的添加剂,添加剂的添加量为尾砂料浆质量的0.5%—2%,尾砂料浆的质量浓度在60%—82%,使尾砂充填体具有5%—35%的膨胀率。向井下采空区充填上述尾砂料浆,最终形成具有5%—35%的膨胀率的尾砂充填体。在不影响尾砂充填料浆固有属性的条件下,在充填料浆搅拌过程中添加此添加剂,能提高采空区充填密实率。
