The invention particularly relates to a grass planting and sand fixing nutritional brick as well as a preparation method and application thereof. In order to solve the problem that in the prior art, biogas slurry, biogas residues and other fermentation waste are difficult to treat, biogas slurry and biogas residues are applied to the preparation of the grass planting and sand fixing brick. Biogasresidues, sulfoaluminate cement dry powder, quick lime, a water reducing agent and a foam stabilizer are mixed in proportion to obtain a mixed solution A; a foaming agent is mixed with biogas slurry according to a ratio to obtain a mixed solution B; the mixed solution B is poured into the mixed solution A and mixed to obtain mixed slurry, and the mixed slurry is poured into a mould and then is moulded, demoulded and cured to obtain the grass planting and sand fixing brick. The biogas slurry and the biogas residues can provide a good nutrition environment for plants, form a slow release effect,and have good practicability and application prospects when being applied to treatment of desertification and desertification grassland.
本发明具体涉及一种植草固沙营养砖、其制备方法及应用。针对现有技术中沼液、沼渣等发酵废弃物处理困难的问题，本发明提出将沼液、沼渣应用于植草固沙砖的制备，将沼渣、硫铝酸盐水泥干粉、生石灰、减水剂、稳泡剂按比例混合得到混合液A；将发泡剂与沼液按比例混合后得到混合液B；向混合液A中倒入混合液B中混合获得混合浆料，倒入模具中成形，脱模养护得到所述植草固沙砖。沼液、沼渣能够为植物提供良好的营养环境，并且形成缓释效果，应用于沙化、荒漠化草地的治理具有良好的实用性和应用前景。
