Method for improving calcining whiteness of high-calcium kaolin by mechanochemical method
Aiming at the high-calcium kaolin with the calcium oxide content of 10-40%, the invention provides a method for improving the calcination whiteness of the high-calcium kaolin through a mechanochemicalmethod. Calcium carbonate impurities in the raw kaolin are uniformly mixed with the kaolin through a mechanical grinding method, a chemical reaction is performed during high-temperature calcination to generate a brightening agent, and meanwhile, a chlorinated brightening agent is added for calcination to remove iron, so that the calcination whiteness of the kaolin is remarkably improved. According to the method, impurities in the kaolin raw ore do not need to be separated, the process is simple, operation is easy and convenient, a cost is low, industrialization is easy, the calcining whiteness of the product can be improved to 85-90% or above from about 50%, and the calcined kaolin is suitable for being used as a ceramic raw material.
针对氧化钙含量在10‑40%的高钙高岭土,本发明提供一种通过机械化学法提升其煅烧白度的方法。通过机械研磨的方法,使原高岭土中的碳酸钙杂质与高岭土均匀混合,在高温煅烧时发生化学反应生成增白剂,同时添加氯化增白剂煅烧除铁,使高岭土的煅烧白度显著提升。该方法无需分离高岭土原矿中杂质,过程简单、操作简便、成本低、易工业化,产品煅烧白度可从50%左右提升到85~90%以上,煅烧后的高岭土适合用作陶瓷原料。
