The permanent magnetic ferrite magnetic shoe comprises the following components in percentage byweight: 94.1-99.2% of a permanent magnetic ferrite pre-sintering material; 0.1 to 0.9% of boric acid; 0.8 to 1.2% of soda; 0.8 to 2.0% of calcium carbonate; 0.11 to 0.18% of strontium sulfate; 0.11 to0.18% of lanthanum oxide; and 0.40%-1.30% of a dispersing agent; wherein the sum of the contents of the components is 100%. When the provided manufacturing method is used for producing the permanentmagnetic ferrite magnetic shoe, the yield is high, the process is simple, a large amount of time can be saved, the produced permanent magnetic ferrite magnetic shoe has accurate precision and is varypractical, the requirement on the technical level of workers is not high, and the production cost is reduced.
