An operator pulls the pulling device to enable a thin film roller to rotate, the surface of concrete is covered with a thin film, water can be collected in the thin film after film covering, the situation that moisture is volatilized from the concrete in the early stage is avoided, water lossis prevented, and a self-curing environment is caused.
