The invention discloses a pier top hanging fence for a pier of a high-speed railway bridge. The pier top hanging fence comprises a triangular support, a base plate and a fence, the triangular supportcomprises a horizontal supporting rod, a fixing rod and a supporting rod, an embedded block is arranged on the side wall of the fixing rod, a steel cable is connected to the embedded block, an anchorpoint is arranged at the other end of the steel cable, the anchor point is arranged in the bridge pier, the triangular support is arranged around the side wall of the bridge pier, the base plate is installed on the horizontal supporting rod, and the fence is fixedly installed at the end of the outer side of the horizontal supporting rod. The triangular support is connected with the bridge pier through the embedded block, so that the connection firmness of the triangular support on the side wall of the bridge pier is high, and the connection strength of the embedded blocks in the bridge pier isfurther improved through the steel cable and the anchor point; and the triangular support is easy to level and fix, so that the levelness of the horizontal supporting rod of the triangular support iskept consistent after the pier is solidified and formed, and later installation of the base plate and the fence is facilitated.
