The invention discloses an anchor pipe type cable-girder anchoring structure of a cable-stayed bridge concrete girder, and a positioning method thereof. The cable-girder anchoring structure comprisesan anchoring assembly and a stay cable connecting assembly, wherein the anchoring assembly comprises a cable guide pipe, an anchoring base plate, a web plate, a bottom plate and a stiffening rib, thestay cable connecting assembly comprises an anchoring ring and an anchoring cup, the cable-girder anchoring structure is buried in the concrete girder web plate, and the bottom of the cable-girder anchoring structure is flush with the concrete box girder bottom plate; the cable guide pipe is locally buried in the web and the top plate; a connecting rib and a spiral rib surround the stay cable guide pipe and are buried in the concrete box girder; and the stiffening rib is used for connecting the anchor base plate and the cable guide pipe, and the stay cable is anchored on the anchor base platethrough the anchor ring and the anchor cup. The structure can adapt to different transverse inclination angles of the stay cables, and the anchor base plate and the cable guide pipe adopt a fixed angle, so the manufacturing difficulty is reduced, accurate positioning can be achieved only according to the inclination angle of the cable guide pipe of a main tower during installation, construction ofthe stay cable is convenient, batch manufacturing can be achieved, the quality is guaranteed, construction is rapid, and stress is reliable.
