The invention discloses a viaduct lifting device for road and bridge construction. The device comprises piers, a positioning cylinder, a supporting seat and second telescopic rods, a reinforcing cylinder is mounted on the outer wall of each pier through bolts, a damping rubber strip is fixed at the edge of the inner wall of each reinforcing cylinder, one end of a supporting rod is fixed on the outer wall of each rotating wheel, the positioning cylinder is positioned between the piers, a limiting cylinder is fixed to the center of the bottom of the positioning cylinder, a positioning head is vertically fixed to the top of a positioning piece, the supporting seat is located above the positioning head, a sliding block is movably installed on the edge of the bottom of the supporting seat, oneend of the supporting piece is hinged to the bottom of the sliding block, and the middle of the supporting piece is hinged to the top of the positioning cylinder. According to the viaduct lifting device for road and bridge construction, auxiliary mounting and positioning of the device are facilitated, the stability of the device for lifting and supporting a bridge is improved, and when the bridgeis used, the lifting device can conduct damping protection on the bottom of the bridge in the using process.
