The invention discloses a construction technology of an outfitting quay. S1, water foundation pit excavation and foundation pit backfilling are carried out, specifically, in a water area, according todesign requirements and at a paying-off position, after a grab dredger is used to excavate the front edge of the quay to form a foundation pit, a bulldozer and a transport vehicle are adopted to backfill the foundation pit with earthwork and flatten the surface of the foundation pit; S2, drilling and piling are carried out, specifically, in the backfilled foundation pit and a designed piling area, a full pile casing drilling process is adopted, after drilling and piling are carried out to form a steel pipe pile, the steel pipe pile is poured to form a plurality of pile foundations, and the pile foundations form a pile foundation area of the outfitting quay; and S3, pile foundation backfill and breast wall construction are carried out, specifically, on the pile foundation area, a backfillmaterial is used to backfill gaps between the pile foundations in the pile foundation area and the upper part of the pile foundation area, and after backfilling is carried out, in accordance with thedesign requirements, a one-time pouring process is used for the breast wall construction in a designed breast wall area to form a breast wall.
本发明公开了一种舾装码头的施工工艺,S1水上基坑开挖以及基坑回填:在水上区域,按照设计要求,在放线位置,采用抓斗挖泥船对码头前沿进行开挖以形成基坑后,用推土机和运输车辆采用土方对基坑进行回填及基坑表面的整平;S2钻孔打桩:在回填的基坑内以及设计的打桩区域内,采用全护筒钻岩工艺,钻孔打桩形成钢管桩后,对所述钢管桩浇筑得到若干桩基,若干所述桩基形成舾装码头的桩基区域;S3桩基回填以及胸墙施工:在桩基区域上,利用回填物料对桩基区域中的桩基之间的缝隙处以及桩基区域上方进行回填,并在回填后按照设计要求,在设计的胸墙区域采用一次浇筑工艺进行胸墙施工,以形成胸墙。
