The method comprises the following steps that grab buckets are used for performing grooving of an underground diaphragm wall; the grab buckets perform grooving until a design groove bottom is reached, and groove cleaning is performed; attached type wall brushing devices are mounted on the grab buckets correspondingly; the attached type wall brushing devices are used for brushing the walls of I-bar joints; a steel reinforcement cage is placed, guide pipes are filled, and groove cleaning is performed again; and concrete is filled for forming a groove. The underground diaphragm wall grooving and wall-brushing method provided by thetechnical scheme of the invention is good in wall-brushing effect, and the obtained underground diaphragm wall is high in quality.
