End embedded type prestressed inclined pile and construction method thereof
The invention relates to an end embedded type prestressed inclined pile. The inclined pile is driven into soil before excavation; an anti-drawing device is actively connected with the inclined pile inthe axial direction; a loading device uses the anti-drawing device as a focal point to apply axial prestress to the inclined pile; the anti-drawing device is embedded and fixed into a girth purlin, and the loading device is installed on the part of the upper end of the anti-drawing device extending out of the girth purlin; and the anti-drawing device and the loading device are locked and fixed bya detachable positioning device. The end embedded type prestressed inclined pile can apply prestressing force before excavation to give full play to the bearing capacity of the inclined pile quickly;the reverse thrust is provided for the support of the inclined pile through force transfer equipment, the inclined pile deforms ahead of time so as to quickly exert the bearing capacity of the inclined pile, and the deformation of a foundation pit is controlled and the surrounding environment is protected; after the structural maintenance is completed, the anti-drawing device and a prestressing force adding device above the girth purlin can be removed and recovered; and a prestressing force applying device of the inclined pile is located outside a ring beam, the application range is large, and the prestressing force applying device can be extended to the ground to avoid the influence of groundwater due to the falling bottom of the ring beam.
本发明涉及一种端部嵌入式预应力斜桩,斜桩在开挖之前打入土中;抗拔装置与斜桩轴向方向活动连接;加载装置以抗拔装置作为着力点,对斜桩施加轴向预应力;抗拔装置预埋固定在围檩中,上端伸出围檩的部分安装加载装置;抗拔装置与加载装置之间采用可拆装的定位装置锁紧固定。本发明可在开挖前施加预应力,快速发挥斜桩承载力;可通过传力设备向斜桩支撑提供反推力,让斜桩提前产生变形,从而快速发挥斜桩承载力,控制基坑变形并保护周边环境;结构养护完成后,围檩以上的抗拔装置及预应力加力装置可拆除回收;斜桩预应力施加装置位于圈梁外侧,适用范围大,并可延伸至地面从而避免由于圈梁落底而遭受地下水影响。
