The invention discloses an anti-seismic energy-dissipation shallow-buried slot-type abutment connecting device used for assembling connection of a prefabricated hollow pier column and a bearing platform. The connecting device comprises an outer wrapping steel pipe and an embedded steel pipe. The outer wrapping steel pipe is arranged at the bottom of the prefabricated hollow pier column in a sleeving mode, and pier column longitudinal ribs of the prefabricated hollow pier column protrude and stretch out of the bottom of the outer wrapping steel pipe; and the embedded steel pipe is arranged in apier column mounting groove pre-formed in the upper side surface of the bearing platform, wherein the upper end surface of the embedded steel pipe is directly opposite to and abuts against the lowerend surface of the outer wrapping steel pipe and is welded and fixed to the lower end surface of the outer wrapping steel pipe, and concrete fills a continuous pore cavity defined by the outer wrapping steel pipe and the embedded steel pipe. The anti-seismic energy-dissipation shallow-buried slot-type abutment connecting device provided by the invention is simple and compact in structure and highin operability, the construction efficiency is improved, and the connecting device is more stable and better in seismic resistance and energy dissipation capability.
