The diversion cabin is used as a center for integrating all components into an integrated fully-closed device, the integrated fully-closed device is directly connected with a mixed flow pipeline, a rainwater pipeline and a sewage pipeline of an underground pipe network, the diversion of the rain and the sewage is realized by adopting a multi-dimensional diversion standard and an intelligent control method, and the intelligent rain and sewage diversion device is suitable for application of large-range multi-node diversion of the rain and the sewage in cities.
