Rapid assembling bamboo shed and preparation method
The invention relates to a rapid assembling bamboo shed and a preparation method. The rapid assembling bamboo shed is mainly characterized in that the bamboo shed is connected by three types of structural units through longitudinal original bamboo tubes to form a whole structural system; members of each type of bamboo structural units are mainly the original bamboo tubes, and contain bamboo curvedshaped connecting pieces with bending angles between 90 degrees and 120 degrees; column diagonal bracing integral members are processed by a method that long holes are formed in adjacent bamboo joints of an original bamboo tube and bamboo bundles are filled and bent; the structural units and the longitudinal original bamboo tubes are connected by stainless steel metal hose clamps; and the surfaces of the parts of vertical members of all structural units buried in soil are covered by a layer of solidified weather resistant resin or wrapped with a layer of FRP cloth or weather resistant plasticproducts, and all the original bamboo tubes and bamboo materials in the shed are treated by a continuous treatment kiln. The structure system realizes the rapid installation of the shed, the anti-corrosion and durability are achieved, and the comprehensive cost is greatly reduced.
本发明涉及一种快速组装竹材大棚及制备方法,其主要特点是,竹材大棚由三类结构单元通过纵向原生竹筒连接起来形成整个结构体系,每类竹结构单元组成构件均以原生竹筒为主均包含弯折角度为90°至120°之间的竹质状连接件。柱斜撑一体构件均通过将一根原生竹筒在相邻竹隔间挖长孔并填入竹条束弯折的方法加工而成。结构单元和纵向原生竹筒之间通过不锈钢金属喉箍连接。所有结构单元竖向构件埋入泥土部分表面覆盖一层固化的耐候树脂或裹一层FRP布或耐候性塑料制品,大棚所有原生竹筒及竹质材料均经过连续处理窑处理。该结构体系实现了大棚的快速安装,并且防腐耐久,大大降低了综合成本。
