The invention relates to the field of energy-saving buildings, in particular to an infilled wall and structure combined cast-in-place construction method and thermal insulation system. The construction method comprises the following steps that a light steel frame is installed, and structural wall column steel bars are bound; wall column formworks are installed, structural concrete and lightweightconcrete are poured, and a wall beam partition plate is pressed and laid on the lightweight concrete; after the lightweight concrete hardens, steel bars of a structural beam are bound on the wall beampartition plate, the light steel frame is connected, beam formworks are installed on the two sides of the structural beam, and the structural concrete is poured; and after the formworks are removed,a glass fiber net anti-crack mortar protective layer is plastered on the outer side of the whole. The lightweight concrete of the thermal insulation system is cast in a frame of a structural wall column and the structural beam in situ, a structural thermal insulation board is bonded to a structure system, the lightweight concrete and the structural thermal insulation board are bonded seamlessly, and the glass fiber net anti-crack mortar protective layer is integrally bonded to the outer surface. According to the construction method, an infilled wall and a concrete structure are synchronously constructed, the construction period is shortened, the cost is reduced, and good flexible connection, elastic sealing and overall thermal insulation between the infilled wall and the structure system are achieved.
