The invention discloses a novel demoulding-free steel bar truss floor bearing plate structure and a construction method thereof. The structure comprises steel cross beams, a bottom plate and a plurality of steel bar trusses, and is characterized in that the bottom plate is arranged between the two adjacent steel cross beams, and the sides, close to the steel cross beams, of the bottom plate are inabutting connection with the steel cross beams; the steel bar trusses are laid above the bottom plate at intervals, and the length direction of the steel bar trusses is perpendicular to the length direction of the steel cross beams; the lower sides of the steel bar trusses are flush with the upper sides of the steel cross beams, and the two ends of each steel bar truss respectively extend above the two steel cross beams and are fixedly connected with the upper sides of the steel cross beams; and a plurality of cushion blocks are arranged at the bottoms of the steel bar trusses in the length direction of the steel bar trusses, and the steel bar trusses are fixedly connected with the bottom plate through the cushion blocks. The steel bar trusses are fixedly connected with the upper sides ofthe steel cross beams, a temporary support for supporting the bottom plate is omitted, meanwhile, the steel bar trusses play a role of a stressed steel bar, the connection strength of the steel crossbeams and a concrete floor is enhanced, and the construction efficiency can be effectively improved and the construction speed can be accelerated on the premise of meeting the construction requirements.
本发明公开了一种新型免拆模钢筋桁架楼承板结构及其施工方法,包括钢横梁、底板和多个钢筋桁架,其特征在于,底板设于相邻两钢横梁之间,其靠近钢横梁的一侧与钢横梁抵接;钢筋桁架间隔铺设于底板的上方,其长度方向垂直于钢横梁的长度方向;钢筋桁架的下侧与钢横梁的上侧平齐,其两端分别延伸至两钢横梁的上方,并与钢横梁的上侧固定相连;在钢筋桁架的底部沿其长度方向设有多个垫块,钢筋桁架通过垫块与底板固定相连。本发明利用钢筋桁架与钢横梁上侧固定相连,免去对底板进行支撑的临时支架,同时钢筋桁架起到了受力钢筋的作用,增强钢横梁与混凝土楼板的连接强度,在满足施工要求的前提下,能够有效提升施工效率,加快施工速度。
