Marble-texture-imitated coating structure and manufacturing method thereof
The invention relates to a marble-texture-imitated coating structure and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps that a, putty used for leveling is puttied on a base material layer of a wall to form a putty layer, then two passes of smooth putty are puttied to form a smooth putty layer, the smooth putty layer is dried and then polished to be flat through 240-mesh abrasive paper, and roller coating of alkali-resistant permeation primer is carried out to form an alkali-resistant permeation primer layer; b, floating coat paint is sprayed once to forma floating coat serving as a transition layer; c, after drying, spraying or roll coating is carried out a thick paste type latex coating to form a color point layer; and d, crushing or roll coating of varnish is carried out multiple times to form a finish coat. According to the structure and the method, the marble surface texture is formed by applying a new process and a new construction method,so that the comprehensive performance of the coating is improved. Through multiple times of construction of the latex paint, marble textures and marble grains are formed, and the service life of a building is prolonged while the decorative effect of the building is achieved; and the risks of peeling, saltpetering, poor covering performance and the like of the outer wall are reduced.
本发明涉及一种仿大理石纹理的涂层结构及其制作方法，包括以下步骤：a、在墙体的基材层批刮一道用于找平的腻子，形成腻子层，再批刮两道光面腻子，形成光面腻子层，光面腻子层干燥后用240目砂纸打磨平整，滚涂一道抗碱渗透底漆形成抗碱渗透底漆层；b、喷涂1遍中涂涂料，形成中涂层，作为过渡层；c、干燥后喷涂或滚涂厚浆型乳胶涂料，形成彩点层；d、涂刷或滚涂一道或多道清漆，形成罩光层。本发明运用了新工艺、新的施工手法来形成大理石表面纹理，提升涂料本身的综合性能。本发明通过乳胶漆多遍施工，形成既具备大理石质感、又具备大理石的纹理，让建筑物达到装饰效果的同时，延长建筑的寿命；降低外墙起皮、泛碱、遮盖性不佳等风险。
