The invention discloses an assembling and tensioning process of a large-span cable net. Firstly, the cable net is assembled in a field, a curtain wall cable is installed at the same time, then load-bearing cables are lifted, three load-bearing cables at each of the two ends are tensioned, finally, stabilizing cables are tensioned, inhaul cables are adjusted according to an actual monitoring result, and the acceptance is organized. Compared with the related art, the assembling and tensioning process of the large-span cable net has the advantages that the load-bearing cables and the stabilizingcables both adopt double-cable design, so that the difficulty of lifting and tensioning is increased; by adjusting the length of an adjusting screw rod of the curtain wall cable, the construction errors of a ring truss and a main body structure can be offset; and the construction efficiency is high, and the construction period is shortened.
本发明公开了一种大跨度索网的组装张拉工艺,首先在场地内组装索网,同时安装幕墙索,然后提升承重索,张拉两端各3榀承重索,最后张拉稳定索,根据实际监测结果调整拉索,组织验收。与相关技术相比,本发明提供的大跨度索网的组装张拉工艺具有如下优点:承重索和稳定索均采用双索设计,增加了提升、张拉的难度;通过调整幕墙索调节螺杆长度,从而实现抵消环桁架和主体结构的施工误差;施工效率高,节省工期。
