Self-adaptive mechanical perpendicularity adjusting inclined strut
The invention provides a self-adaptive mechanical perpendicularity adjusting inclined strut. A perpendicularity monitoring instrument, and a first rod section, an automatic adjustment device and a second rod section which are connected in sequence are adopted. The perpendicularity monitoring instrument is arranged on a supported component; the automatic adjustment device comprises a control system, a power system, a fine adjustment shaft, an adjustment gear and a driven wheel; two ends of the fine adjustment shaft are respectively in threaded connection with the first rod section and the second rod section; the directions of the screw threads at the two ends of the fine adjustment shaft are opposite; the control system controls the power system to drive the adjustment gear according to thesituation of the perpendicularity of the supported component measured by the perpendicularity monitoring instrument; the adjustment gear drives the driven wheel; the driven wheel drives the fine adjustment shaft; the first rod section and the second rod section move to or away from each other simultaneously through the rotation of the fine adjustment shaft, so that the adjustment of the distancebetween the first rod section and the second rod section is realized until the perpendicularity of the supported component meets a requirement; and high-precision, high-efficiency and intelligent self-adaptive mechanical perpendicularity adjustment with a self-locking function of the supported component is realized.
