The invention discloses Portland cement, and relates to the technical field of cement production. The Portland cement comprises 80-95% of a wear-resistant anti-cracking special Portland cement clinker, 2-5% of desulfurized gypsum, 2-10% of fly ash, and 1-3% of a green activity activator. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the Portland cement. The preparation method comprises thefollowing steps: drying and ball-milling the desulfurized gypsum; drying the fly ash; mixing and grinding desulfurized gypsum and fly ash; and mixing the powder wear-resistant and crack-resistant special Portland cement clinker, the desulfurized gypsum, the fly ash and the green active excitant in proportion to obtain the Portland cement. Compared with ordinary Portland cement, the Portland cementprepared by the method provided by the invention has the advantages of high breaking strength, good wear resistance, small dry shrinkage, excellent frost resistance, excellent impermeability and excellent impact resistance, has a wider application range, and can be used for construction and repair of roads, airfield runways, hydropower dam spillway tunnels and the like.
