The invention discloses a sand making process of machine-made sand. A dry sand making process is adopted, sand making raw materials are conveyed to an impact crusher through a raw material conveying device, and the impact crusher adopts a principle of collision between stones, and the raw material is crushed, shaped and ground through a rotor; machine-made sand formed after passing through the impact crusher is input into the air screen through a vibrating feeder to be screened, the screened large-particle-size machine-made sand is input into the impact crusher to be crushed again, the screened qualified machine-made sand is input into a humidifying stirrer to be humidified and stirred evenly to form finished machine-made sand, the sand making process is simplified, the cost is reduced, the finished machine-made sand has the proper water content, and segregation is prevented; dust generated by the impact crusher and the air screen is input into a dust removal system to be purified, a first-stage dust remover in a dust removal system can recycle large-particle stone powder, another high-benefit and high-quality building material is generated, meanwhile, flying dust in the sand making process is greatly reduced, and the powder and mud content in finished product machine-made sand is also controlled.
本发明公开了一种机制砂的制砂工艺,采用干法制砂工艺,制砂原料通过原料输送设备输送到冲击破碎机,冲击破碎机采用石打石原理,通过转子对原料进行破碎、整形和研磨;经过冲击破碎机后形成的机制砂通过振动给料机输入空气筛内进行筛选,筛选后的大粒径机制砂输入冲击破碎机再次破碎,筛选后的合格机制砂输入加湿搅拌器进行加湿拌匀处理形成成品机制砂,简化制砂流程,减低成本,而且使成品机制砂具有合适的含水率,防止离析;冲击破碎机和空气筛产生的粉尘输入除尘系统进行净化,除尘系统内的一级除尘器可以对大颗粒石粉进行回收,产生另一种高效益和高品质的建筑材料,同时大大减少制砂流程中的扬尘,也控制了成品机制砂内的含粉含泥量。
