The preparation method of the air entraining agent comprises the following steps: putting rosin powder, p-toluenesulfonic acid and sodium hydroxide into a reaction kettle, adding water accounting for 50% of the total mass of the mixture A, mixing and stirring for 30 minutes, heating to 80 DEG C, keeping the temperature for 50 minutes, heating to 80 DEG C, and keeping the temperature for 45 minutes; heating the mixed solution A to 85 DEG C, slowly adding pentaerythritol and tall oil, keeping the temperature for 35 minutes, heating to 70-85 DEG C, slowly adding mahogany petroleum sulfonate, and keeping the temperature for 1 hour to obtain the air entraining agent. The air entraining agent has a good air entraining effect, the average pore diameter of air entraining bubbles is small, the durability of concrete is remarkably improved, meanwhile, the workability of the concrete is obviously improved, the slump loss of the concrete is reduced, and the strength of theconcrete is not reduced.
本发明公开了一种应用于制备改性木薯淀粉‑聚羧酸复合减水剂的引气剂的制备方法,属于建筑材料领域。所述引气剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将松香粉、对甲苯磺酸和氢氧化钠放进反应釜中,加入混合物A总质量50%的水,混合搅拌30min,加热至80℃,保温50min,升温至80℃,保温45min;将混合液A升温至85℃,缓慢加入季戊四醇和妥尔油,保温35min,再升温至70‑85℃,缓慢加入石油磺酸盐,保温1h,得到所述的引气剂。采用本发明的引气剂,具有较好的引气效果,引气气泡平均孔径较小,显著地提高了混凝土的耐久性能,同时明显地改善了混凝土的和易性,减少混凝土坍落度损失,而且不降低混凝土的强度。
