The invention belongs to the technical field of pavement maintenance, and particularly relates to an asphalt pavement maintenance device which comprises a bearing frame and a storage box fixedly connected to one end of the top of the bearing frame. A plurality of storage batteries are spirally fixed to the side, located on the storage box, of the top of the bearing frame through bolts, and a repairing module is arranged at the position, corresponding to the storage box, of the bottom of the bearing frame. In the present invention, trapezoidal guide rails are arranged at the bottom of a bearingframe; the vertical height of the mounting disc can be adjusted through a sliding block, a moving disc and an electric push rod; a plurality of grinding rollers and extrusion blocks are arranged on the mounting disc; and a plurality of second discharging openings are formed, so that pits can be repaired through multiple times of compaction and multiple times of discharging, the pit repairing quality can be improved, then the pit repairing work efficiency can be improved, the horizontal position of the mounting disc can be adjusted through the electric push rod, the repairing module can be conveniently recycled, and use is convenient and fast.
