The invention discloses a connecting piece. The connecting piece comprises an inserting rod, a middle nut, a supporting pad, a plurality of first clamp sheets and a plurality of second clamp sheets. Aradial enlarging section and a radial shrinkage section are sequentially formed at the head of the inserting rod in the inserting direction of the inserting rod. An axial penetration inserting rod inserting cavity is formed by the middle nut. The supporting pad is arranged at the end, where the bottom of the inserting rod inserting cavity is located, of the middle nut. The multiple first clamp sheets are borne on the supporting pad and define an annular area in the inserting rod inserting cavity in a surrounding manner, the head of the inserting rod is inserted in the annular area, and afterthe inner sides of the first clamp sheets where the annular area is located abut against the radial enlarging section, the first clamp sheets are drawn in the radial direction to be pressed on the radial shrinkage section. The second clamp sheets are located in the inserting rod inserting cavity and correspondingly borne on the first clamp sheets, and after radial drawing of the first clamp sheets, the second clamp sheets are matched into the position between the outer walls of the first clamp sheets and the inner wall of the inserting rod inserting cavity so that the inserting rod can be prevented from reversely getting out of the inserting rod inserting cavity. Labor is saved in the inserting connecting process, and connection is firm after inserting connection.
