The method is characterized in that a plurality of first multi-curve shaped soil reinforcement blocks are formed by using a first multi-shaft combination drill with three or more shafts to drill downwards to an area below the depth of a foundation pit along the circumferential ground of the foundation pit, so that the enclosure reinforcement is carried out on the edge of the foundation pit, and foundation pit edge reinforcing structures are formed; drill rods of the first multi-shaft combination drill are arranged in anon-linear mode; and parts of construction areas of at least two adjacent drill rods are overlapped.
