The invention discloses a self-heat-insulation ceramsite concrete fabricated outer wall. The self-heat-insulation ceramsite concrete fabricated outer wall can be directly used as a fabricated outer wall, self-leveling concrete is utilized, a middle heat insulation layer is filled with ceramsite, foam is added, and the dry density is changed. The heat insulation layer is good in continuity, and a cold bridge phenomenon existing in a previous combined heat insulation board is avoided. The self-heat-insulation ceramsite concrete fabricated outer wall is characterized in that the self-heat-insulation ceramsite concrete fabricated outer wall is composed of a three-layer structure, outer face layers on the two sides and the middle heat insulation layer are in fusing transition, meshes are placedin the outer face layers on the two sides, hidden beam rebars are further arranged in the outer face layers, and the hidden beam rebars are distributed and arranged according to the determined interval. The hidden beam rebars at the corresponding positions of the outer face layers on the two sides are connected through tie bars, and the outer face layers and the middle heat insulation layer are all made from cement-based materials. Ceramsite concrete is adopted by the outer face layers, the dry density ranges from 1500 kg/m<3> to 2000 kg/m<3>, the determined interval is determined according to the maximum bending moment of the outer wall in the hoisting process, and the mesh of the meshes ranges from 50 mm to 300 mm.
本发明自保温陶粒砼装配式外墙体公开了一种能够直接作为装配外墙体使用,利用自流平砼,配合在中部保温层内充填陶粒增加泡沫进行干密度改变。保温层连续性好,不存在以往组合式保温板存在的冷桥现象。其特征在于由三层结构组成,两侧的所述外面层和中部保温层之间融合过渡,两侧的外面层内分别置有网片,外面层内还设置有暗梁钢筋,所述暗梁钢筋根据确定间距分布设置,两侧的外面层上对应位置的暗梁钢筋之间通过拉筋连接,所述外面层、中部保温层均为水泥基材质,外面层采用陶粒砼,干密度为1500‑2000 kg/m,所述确定间距根据所述外墙体起到过程中最大弯距确定,所述网片网眼大小为50‑300mm。
