A waste heat boiler body is fixed to the base, the upper surface of the base is welded to the lower surface of the flat plate through supporting columns, a grate cooler body is welded to the flat plate, two fixed pipes are symmetrically fixed to the front end and the rear end of the bottom end of the interior of the grate cooler body through fixing columns, and the opposite sides of the two fixed pipes are correspondinglyfixed to the two ends of the connecting pipes. Jet heads are fixed to the connecting pipes, an air blower is fixed to the upper surface of the flat plate at the front end of the grate cooler body, anair outlet of the air blower communicates with the fixed pipes in the grate cooler body, an exhaust passage is fixed to the top end surface of the grate cooler body, and the end, away from the grate cooler body, of the exhaust passage communicates with the interior of the waste heat boiler body through a first pipeline. The grate cooler thermal energy recycling device has the advantages that clinker is cooled all the way, hot air after clinker cooling is recycled, and gas after heat recycling is reused for clinker cooling.
