The invention provides a dielectric resonator, a dielectric filter, communication equipment and a method for preparing a dielectric block. A first hollowed-out groove and a second hollowed-out grooveare formed in an area adjacent to a first end face and an area adjacent to a second end face through a dielectric block respectively; and after the dielectric block is equally divided into two parts in the direction perpendicular to the length direction, the geometric center of the part where the first end face is located is located in the first hollowed-out groove, the geometric center of the part where the second end face is located is located in the second hollowed-out groove, and materials of the resonator at least comprise calcium carbonate, samarium trioxide, aluminum oxide and titaniumdioxide. By implementing the invention, the ratio of the secondary resonant frequency to the fundamental mode resonant frequency of the dielectric resonator can be improved, so that after the dielectric resonator is applied to the dielectric filter, the out-of-band harmonic characteristic of the dielectric filter is improved, and the dielectric resonator is simple in structure, easy to form and suitable for mass production.
本申请提供了一种介质谐振器、介质滤波器、通信设备及制备介质块的方法。通过介质块在第一端面相邻的区域和第二端面相邻的区域分别设置第一镂空槽和第二镂空槽,且在垂直于长度方向将介质块等分成两个部分及后,第一端面所在的部分的几何中心位于第一镂空槽内,第二端面所在的部分的几何中心位于第二镂空槽内,其中,谐振器的材料至少包括:碳酸钙、三氧化二钐、三氧化二铝和二氧化钛。实施本申请能够提高介质谐振器的二次谐振频率与基模谐振频率的比值,进而使得当介质谐振器应用于介质滤波器后,提高介质滤波器的带外谐波特性,且结构简单,易于成型,适合大批量生产。
