The invention relates to a brick surface soft polishing machine for pavement bricks. The brick surface soft polishing machine comprises a first conveying device and a second conveying device which areused for conveying the pavement bricks, the head end of the second conveying device is connected with the tail end of the first conveying device, the first conveying device comprises a first conveying frame, a plurality of first conveying carrier rollers are installed on the first conveying frame in the length direction, the second conveying device comprises a second conveying frame, a pluralityof second conveying carrier rollers are installed on the second conveying frame in the length direction, a surface polishing device and a spraying device are installed at the head end of the first conveying device, a first drying device is installed in the middle of the first conveying device, a transferring device used for transferring the pavement bricks and a second drying device are installedbetween the tail end of the first conveying device and the head end of the second conveying device, a paint spraying device is installed in the middle of the second conveying device, and a third drying device is installed at the tail end of the second conveying device. According to the brick surface soft polishing machine, continuous machining is achieved, the noise and dust generation amount is small, and the surface polishing treatment effect is good.
