The invention discloses a grouting device for concrete sleeper spike anchoring. The grouting device comprises a travelling trolley, a stirring system and a grouting device body; the stirring system and the grouting device body are arranged on the travelling trolley; the stirring system comprises a main stirring tank and an auxiliary stirring tank; the auxiliary stirring tank communicates with themain stirring tank through a conveying pipeline; a charging opening is formed in the main stirring tank; the grouting device body comprises a grouting barrel which is fixedly arranged on one side of the auxiliary stirring tank; material passing openings are formed in the grouting barrel and the auxiliary stirring tank correspondingly; a grouting opening is formed in the bottom of the grouting barrel; a grouting piston is slideably disposed in the grouting barrel; a piston rod is arranged on the upper portion of the grouting piston; and the top of the piston rod extends out of the grouting barrel to be provided with a driving grouting motor. Besides, the invention further discloses a grouting method. By means of the grouting device for concrete sleeper spike anchoring and the grouting method, automatic grouting during concrete guard rail anchoring is achieved, and the problems that the stirring quality is poor, control over the grouting amount is bad, and the labor cost is high during manual stirring grouting are effectively solved.
本发明公开了一种混凝土轨枕道钉锚固用注浆装置，包括行走小车，设置于所述行走小车上搅拌系统和注浆装置，所述搅拌系统包括主搅拌罐，与所述主搅拌罐通过输送管道相连通辅助搅拌罐，所述主搅拌罐上设置有加料口，所述注浆装置包括固定设置于所述辅助搅拌罐一侧注浆筒，所述注浆筒和所述辅助搅拌罐均开设有过料口，所述注浆筒的底部设置有注浆口，所述注浆筒内滑动设置有注浆活塞，所述注浆活塞的上方设置有活塞杆，所述活塞杆的顶部延伸出所述注浆筒后设置驱动注浆电机。此外，本发明还公开了一种注浆方法。本发明实现了混凝土护轮轨锚固时的自动化注浆，有效解决人工搅拌注浆时存在的搅拌质量不良、注浆量控制不好和人力成本高的问题。
