Split type water diversion pipeline mechanism of pontoon pump station
The invention provides a split type water diversion pipeline mechanism of a pontoon pump station. The mechanism comprises a water suction pump ship, a water diversion pipeline and a plurality of pipesupporting buoyancy tanks, the water suction pump ship is arranged on the water surface close to a dam, and the water suction pump ship and the water bottom are anchored; the water diversion pipelinecomprises a plurality of water diversion pipe bodies and a plurality of rotary joints, the adjacent water diversion pipe bodies are connected through the rotary joints, the starting end of the water diversion pipeline communicates with a water outlet hole of the water suction pump ship through the rotary joints, and the tail end of the water diversion pipeline is fixed to the crest of the dam andcommunicates with an external pipeline through the rotary joints; a rotary joint base is hinged to the upper end face of a corresponding pipe supporting buoyancy tank. Segmented connection design is adopted for the water diversion pipeline, the two ends of the water diversion pipeline are hinged to a shore bearing platform and the water suction pump ship respectively, the other sections are hingedautomatically, and a steel buoy is installed in the lower portion of the joint to provide support and guarantee overall floating stability of the water delivery pipe.
本发明给出了一种浮船泵站的分体式引水管线机构,包括吸水泵船、引水管路和若干托管浮箱,吸水泵船置于靠近大坝位置的水面上,吸水泵船与水底之间锚固;所述引水管路包括若干引水管体和若干旋转接头,相邻引水管体之间通过旋转接头连接,引水管路始端通过旋转接头与吸水泵船的出水孔连通,引水管路末端固定在大坝的坝顶位置,引水管路末端通过旋转接头与外部管路连通;旋转接头底座铰接在对应的托管浮箱上端面上。引水管路采用分段连接设计,引水管路两端分别与岸边承台铰接和吸水泵船铰接,其余段节自行铰接,接头处下部,安装有钢浮筒提供支撑,提供保证输水管整体漂浮稳定。
