The invention discloses a kitchen waste dehydrator. The kitchen waste dehydrator comprises a compression storage barrel, a compression mechanism and a plate pulling mechanism. The compression mechanism is arranged inside the compression storage barrel and used for compressing waste inside the compression storage barrel and further dehydrating the waste inside the compression storage barrel. The plate pulling mechanism is used for supporting solid waste inside the compression storage barrel and further separating liquid. The compression storage barrel stores and collects the waste. After the waste inside the compression storage barrel is collected to be full, the compression mechanism can compress the waste for dehydration, released water is distributed into a drainage pipe through the plate pulling mechanism to be discharged into the sewer, and the solid waste is left in the compression storage barrel. The plate pulling mechanism is started, and dehydrated waste inside the compressionstorage barrel falls off into a waste container, so that waste and water are separated. According to the kitchen waste dehydrator, the compression mechanism is adopted for compression and dehydration,the dehydration efficiency is higher, and the dehydration effect is good; and after dehydration is completed, the size of the solid waste can be decreased, and thus the waste can be collected and treated conveniently.
