The folding decoration suspended ceiling weight lifting frame comprises lifting outer pipes which are arranged in aleft and right corresponding manner, wherein universal wheel devices which can be folded and shrink are arranged at positions, close to the lower parts, of pipe bodies of the lifting outer pipes; lifting inner pipes are arranged in the end surfaces of the upper sides of the left and right corresponding lifting outer pipes in an up and down sliding manner; lifting rods are arranged in the end surfaces of the upper sides of the lifting inner pipes in an up and down sliding manner; and adjusting engine bodies are fixedly arranged on the upper ends of the lifting rods. The lifting machine can beeffectively folded through the universal wheel devices capable of being folded and articulated telescopic rods; and original two-way telescopic rods which expand longitudinally can be adjusted by adjusting a steering device to be located on the same plane with the articulated telescopic rods, so that after the lifting machine is folded, the engine body is relatively flat, and the lifting machine occupies less space and is convenient to transport.
