The rainwater recovery management module is used for detecting the weight of collected community rainwater, when the specified weight is reached; pollution index is detected, the rainwater discharge management module is controlled to discharge and recycle rainwater; rainwater is recycled; the weight of the rainwater is preferentially detected; whether the rainwater content reaches the recyclable standard or not is determined; according to the invention, rainwater is collected and then pollution indexes of the rainwater are detected, so that whether the collected rainwater can be completely purified or not and the purification cost can be conveniently determined, an optimal processing mode can beconveniently selected to manage variable rainwater pollution information, and safe recycling of the rainwater in a community is ensured.
