The invention relates to a special composite cementing material for preparing low-shrinkage ultrahigh performance concrete. The special composite cementing material is prepared by uniformly dry-mixingthe following raw materials in parts by weight: 75-85 parts of Portland cement clinker powder; 10 to 20 parts of expansive high-belite sulphoaluminate cement clinker powder and 5-10 parts of anhydrite powder. The preparation parameters of the expansible high-belite sulphoaluminate cement clinker are as follows: the alkalinity coefficient Cm value is 1.4-1.6, the fCaO content is 5-8%, and the fSO3content is 7-10%; and the expansible high-belite sulphoaluminate cement clinker comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 40 to 50% of C2S, 25 to 35% of C4A3S, 4 to 5% of C12A7, 10to 15% of CaSO4, 4 to 8% of fCaO and 1 to 2% of C4AF. According to the special composite cementing material disclosed by the invention, the 3d self-shrinkage value of neat paste is 350-380ppm, and thecompressive strength of each age is improved by 2-4Mpa; the shrinkage value of the UHPC can be reduced, and the strength and stability of the UHPC can be improved.
