The invention discloses a method for preparing aerated concrete from lead-zinc ore smelting slag-steel slag. The raw materials comprise, by weight, 15-20% of cement, 10-18% of lime, 35-55% of lead-zinc ore smelting slag, 15-25% of steel slag and 2-6% of desulfurized gypsum, the water-material ratio is 0.50-0.60, and the aluminum powder paste accounts for 0.10-0.15% of the total weight of the dry material. The lead-zinc ore smelting slag-steel slag aerated concrete block is prepared by the processes of ultrafine grinding of raw materials, batching, rapid stirring, pouring, constant-temperaturestatic curing and gas forming, cutting, autoclaved curing and the like. The autoclaved curing process system is as follows: heating is carried out for 2h to reach a temperature of 185-190DEG C, meanwhile the atmospheric pressure reaches 1.2-1.25MPa, a constant temperature and a constant pressure are kept for 6.5-8h, then the temperature and the pressure are reduced for 2h to normal temperature andnormal pressure, the absolute dry compressive strength of the finally obtained product reaches 4.6-6.1MPa, and the dry volume density is 542-586kg/m<3>. The invention not only provides a lightweightand high-strength aerated concrete product for the building material market, but also finds a new way for resource utilization of lead-zinc ore smelting slag and steel slag, reduces the production cost of aerated concrete enterprises, and improves the economic benefits and social security and environmental protection benefits of enterprises.
