Preparation method of SiCf@BN core-shell structure chopped fibers
The invention relates to a preparation method of SiCf@BN core-shell structure chopped fibers, in particular to a preparation method of SiCf@BN core-shell structure chopped fibers. The invention belongs to the fields of aerospace, wave absorption, environmental protection, catalysis, biosensing, semiconductor materials, energy and nuclear protection material preparation. The invention aims to solvethe problem that traditional silicon carbide chopped fibers are poor in wave absorbing performance. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, pretreatment; 2, dipping; 3, roasting; and4, repeatedly roasting to obtain SiCf@BN with a BN shell. The preparation method has the following advantages: the cost is low, and the operation is simple; 2, the thickness of the BN shell is adjustable; and 3, the SiCf@BN core-shell structure chopped fibers have excellent wave-absorbing performance. The preparation method is applied to the field of preparation of SiCf@BN with a core-shell structure.
一种SiC@BN核壳结构短切纤维的制备方法,具体涉及一种SiC@BN核壳结构短切纤维的制备方法。属于航空航天、吸波、环保、催化、生物传感、半导体材料、能源和核防护材料制备领域。本发明的目的是为了解决传统碳化硅短切纤维吸波性能较弱的问题,制备方法:一、预处理;二、浸渍;三、焙烧;四、重复焙烧,得到具有BN外壳的SiC@BN。优点:一、成本低、操作简单;二、BN外壳的厚度可调节;三、具有优异的吸波性能。本发明应用于具有核壳结构的SiC@BN的制备领域。
