Pavement super-sticky wearing layer and normal-temperature paving process thereof
The invention discloses a pavement super-sticky wearing layer and a normal-temperature paving process thereof. The pavement super-sticky wearing layer comprises a bonding lower layer and a wearing upper layer, the bonding lower layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-55 parts of asphalt; 30 to 50 parts of xylene; 2-15 parts of acrylic resin; 2 to 15 parts of polyurethane and 2-8 parts of SBS thermoplastic styrene-butadiene rubber; the normal-temperature paving process comprises the following steps: paving the bonding lower layer, namely mixing the asphalt, the xylene, the acrylic resin, the polyurethane and the SBS thermoplastic styrene-butadiene rubber, spraying, and standing until the surface is not stuck to a wheel so as to form the bonding lower layer, sprinkling, and standing until the surface doses not stick a wheel to form the bonding lower layer; paving the wearing upper layer, namely adding water into a aggregate, high-viscosity composite modified emulsified asphalt and cement, mixing, paving on the bonding lower layer, and rolling and forming after paving; and completing paving of the pavement super-sticky wearing layer. According to the pavement super-sticky wearing layer, the components of the pavement super-sticky wearing layer are improved, and the pavement super-sticky wearing layer is good in high-temperature stability and high in bondingstrength and shear strength after being paved.
