The invention discloses a glue-free composite wall cloth manufacturing process. The glue-free composite wall cloth manufacturing process comprises the steps of adding a non-woven fabric raw material into a screw extruder to extrude non-woven fabric raw material particles, drying the extrude non-woven fabric raw material particles, after enabling the extrude non-woven fabric raw material particlesto pass through a melt filter and a spinning metering pump, feeding the extrude non-woven fabric raw material particles into a spinning manifold to spin, laying the extrude non-woven fabric raw material particles into a net, putting the net-shaped fiber net into an impregnating tank filled with an impregnating adhesive, extruding and drying the net-shaped fiber net by using a compression roller, then carrying out jacquard weaving on the net-shaped fiber net by using a jacquard weaving roller, adding the fiber net subjected to jacquard weaving into a hot rolling mill, carrying out hot rolling,cooling and then winding to obtain composite jacquard non-woven fabric, reversing the fabric for coating on one layout, then placing the fabric on a laminating machine for coating and lamination, adding a waterproof and oil-proof agent convenient for preventing oil stains for later use. The fabric is convenient to clean, glue is coated on wall cloth in advance during supporting, so that the heightof the glue on the layout of the wall cloth is the same, the surface is level, and unevenness cannot appear on every part of the wall cloth after paving.
本发明公开了一种免胶复合墙布制作工艺，工艺方法包括以下步骤：将无纺布原料加入到螺杆挤塑机挤压出无纺布原料颗粒，干燥经过熔体过滤器和纺丝计量泵后送入纺丝箱体中进行纺丝，铺设成网，网状纤维网置入装有浸渍粘合剂的浸渍槽内，使用压辊对其进行挤压，烘干，之后通过提花辊对其进行提花，将提花后的纤维网加入热轧机内进行热轧，冷却后进行卷绕制得复合提花无纺布，倒布对其中一个版面进行上胶，之后放置在覆膜机上进行涂布覆膜，加入防水防油剂便于为后续使用时防止油渍，便于清理，支座时提前在墙布上涂覆胶水，使得墙布版面上的胶水高度相同，表面平整，铺装后不回出现各处墙布凹凸不平。
