The invention discloses a supporting construction method for excavation and backfilling of a railway roadbed body. The supporting construction method is implemented by three stages: a preparation stage, a key stage and a recovery stage. The preparation stage comprises the steps of road and bridge joint part expansion joint cleaning, waterproof and drainage construction, cutting separation, chiseling of an inter-line or line shoulder sealing layer open joint area, chiseling of an inter-line or line shoulder sealing layer excavation area, roadbed slab embedded steel bar anchoring of a non-excavation area, existing embedded steel bar chambering and taking out of the excavation area, removal of a supporting layer on the outer side of a wide roadbed slab and the like. The key stage comprises the steps of excavating an operation groove, excavating and supporting a roadbed body step by step according to units, chiseling off a supporting layer, planting steel bars in the supporting layer, reinforcing steel bars in the supporting layer, backfilling the roadbed body and the supporting layer, carrying out interface treatment, maintaining, planting steel bars in a roadbed slab of an excavationarea and the like. The recovery stage comprises the steps of open joint glue injection of a supporting layer and a roadbed, steel bar planting of an inter-line sealing layer, pouring of a road shoulder sealing layer, pouring of the inter-line sealing layer, caulking treatment, line recovery and the like. The method is safe in operation, high in quality, punctual and efficient.
