Maintenance method of ballast track bed
The application relates to a maintenance method of a ballast track bed. A railway ballast cementing layer is arranged on the surface layer of a ballast track bed; and the railway ballast cementing layer is obtained by cementing granular railway ballasts laid on the surface layer of the ballast track bed. The maintenance method comprises the following steps: cleaning dust on the railway ballast cementing layer; destroying the structure of the cleaned railway ballast cementing layer, and tampering a ballast track bed; re-paving the granular railway ballast on the surface layer of the tamped ballast track bed; and cementing the relaid granular railway ballast to obtain a new railway ballast cementing layer. Therefore, a local ballast track bed can be maintained, construction is conducted on an operation line through skylight time, and normal operation of a train is not affected; maintenance related tools and materials are simple, maintenance is convenient, and cost is low. Meanwhile, therailway ballast cementing layer can effectively prevent pulverized coal from invading the ballast bed, a problem that the ballast bed is hardened due to pulverized coal invasion is solved, and a largeamount of screening cost is saved; in addition, the ballast bed with the surface layer sealed through cementation still has a good drainage function.
