Method for erecting temporary piers of large-span steel-concrete composite beam cable-stayed bridge
The invention discloses a method for erecting temporary piers of a large-span steel-concrete composite beam cable-stayed bridge. The method comprises the steps: step 1, determining erecting positionsof temporary piers; step 2, setting boundary constraint conditions; step 3, determining a temporary pier installation opportunity; step 4, determining a temporary pier dismantling opportunity; and step 5, erecting temporary piers. According to the method, the optimal supporting position of the temporary pier on the side span is determined through wind resistance detection and on-site terrain, geological conditions, construction difficulty and construction safety; boundary constraints are set, the temporary pier mounting opportunity and the temporary pier dismounting opportunity are determined;sufficient preparation is made for subsequent temporary pier supporting. An upper supporting lug plate is mounted at the bottom of a steel main beam; the upper supporting lug plate matches two lowersupporting lug plates installed on a transverse limiting frame, kidney-shaped holes matching the supporting connecting pieces are formed in the lower supporting lug plates and the upper supporting lugplate, the cable-stayed bridge is allowed to have certain displacement changes in the longitudinal direction, vertical displacement changes of the steel main beam are limited, and stress is clear.
本发明公开了一种大跨径钢混组合梁斜拉桥临时墩支设方法,包括步骤:一、确定临时墩支设位置;二、设置边界约束条件;三、确定临时墩安装时机;四、确定临时墩拆除时机;五、临时墩支设。本发明通过抗风性能检测和现场地形、地质条件、施工难度和施工安全确定临时墩在边跨的最佳支设位置,设置边界约束条件,确定临时墩安装时机和临时墩拆除时机,为后续临时墩支设做充分准备,通过在钢主梁底部安装上支撑耳板,上支撑耳板与两个安装在横向限位架上的下支撑耳板配合,下支撑耳板和上支撑耳板上均开设有与支撑连接件配合的腰形孔,允许斜拉桥在纵向上有一定的位移变化,限制钢主梁竖向位移变化,受力明确。
