The invention relates to a multifunctional sanitation vehicle. The vehicle comprises a vehicle chassis, a suction fan, a dust removal air duct door, a garbage can, a suction assembly, an air duct conversion cavity, a washing-sweeping operation system and a dust removal operation system. The dust removal air duct door is arranged on the garbage can, the suction fan is connected with the air duct conversion cavity, the air duct conversion cavity is provided with a washing-sweeping airflow control door and a dust removal airflow control door, and switching of the working states of the washing-sweeping operation system and the dust removal operation system is controlled by opening and closing of the washing-sweeping airflow control door, the dust removal airflow control door and the dust removal air duct door. Thus, the problems that when the air temperature is reduced, the sanitation vehicle stops working, normal pavement operation cannot be conducted, and a large number of resources arewasted are solved.
