The invention discloses an underwater ecological bank protection block with a fish nest. The underwater ecological bank protection block comprises a block body with the I-shaped cross section, the four corners of the block body are each provided with a meshing tooth, a double-tooth meshing tooth groove is formed between every two meshing teeth on the same side, a threading hole extending along a slope is formed in the block body, a groove is formed in the middle of the block body, and convex edges and holes are arranged on the bottom surface of the groove. The invention further discloses an underwater bank protection structure adopting the underwater ecological bank protection blocks. The underwater ecological bank protection blocks are arranged up and down in rows and connected in seriesthrough the steel strands penetrating through the threading holes, the upper ends and the lower ends of the steel strands are fixedly connected with an upper platform and a lower platform respectively, every two adjacent rows of underwater ecological bank protection blocks on the left and the right are arranged in a staggered mode, and two adjacent meshing teeth of the two underwater ecological bank protection blocks which are arranged in a staggered mode are meshed with each other; and two meshing teeth are meshed in each double-tooth meshing tooth groove. The underwater ecological bank protection block can meet the requirements of stability, ecology and safety of the underwater revetment.
