Rotary excavating and anchor cable construction method for hard rock strata
The invention provides a rotary excavating and anchor cable construction method for hard rock strata, and belongs to foundation pit supporting engineering. The method comprises processes of rotary excavating drilling, side wall filling and anchor cable construction; in the process of rotary excavating drilling, a few small drill holes are formed in a circle with designed pore diameter through punching by a small drill tube with relatively small diameter firstly, and then a design hole is wholly formed through punching by a large drill tube; and in the process of side wall filling, a seal barrel consisting of concrete barrels with height of H can be formed on the inner wall of the design hole by a side wall sleeve and a concrete delivery pipe. According to the method, the problems of a tedious construction process due to the fact that drill bits of various specifications are required to be mount, as well as severe mud loss caused by the fact that mud can rapidly permeate into clearanceof the strata during grouting are solved.
本发明提供了一种硬岩地层的旋挖和锚索施工方法,属于一种基坑支护工程,其包括旋挖钻孔、边壁填充和锚索施工的工序;在旋挖钻孔工序中,利用直径较小的小钻筒先在设计孔径所在圆打出几个小钻孔,再用大钻筒整体打出设计孔;在边壁填充工序中,利用边壁套筒和混凝土输送管可以在设计孔内壁形成一个由所有的高度为H的混凝土圆筒组成的密封筒;解决了现有的施工方法需要和安装多种规格的钻头,造成施工过程繁琐,并且在注浆步骤时,浆液会快速渗入该种地质的间隙中,导致严重的泥浆流失的问题。
