The invention provides and discloses a foundation pit supporting device based on a steel sheet pile and a vertical diagonal bracing united, and a supporting method, and relates to the technical fieldof building construction. The foundation pit supporting device comprises the steel sheet pile, the steel sheet pile is arranged on one side of a basement bottom plate, and a crown beam is arranged onthe upper part of the steel sheet pile; the vertical diagonal bracing is detachably arranged on one side of the crown beam, and the vertical diagonal bracing penetrates through the basement bottom plate and then is connected with a vertical diagonal bracing support; and the lower part of the vertical diagonal bracing support is fixedly provided with a support steel sheet pile, and the support steel sheet pile is arranged corresponding to the steel sheet pile. Compared with traditional deep foundation pit steel sheet pile supporting, materials are saved, the construction speed is high, the steel sheet pile and the vertical diagonal bracing can be revolved, and thus the construction cost is saved.
